Originally from South Padre Island, Ivy grew up loving all things sun, sand, and surf. She spent many days fishing with her dad, and enjoyed getting to know visitors from all over while working in the bayside restaurants at night.
After graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Elementary Education, she worked at The San Antonio Zoo as an educator, and is even trained on handling a variety of animals! In 2011 she began helping coordinate events, which sparked her career move, and over the last 8 years she has planned over 500 events, ranging from intimate dinner parties, to festivals of over 4,000 people, and everything in between!
When she’s not busy working, she enjoys getting outdoor exercise with her pups, relaxing at a great Sunday brunch, and spending “unplugged” time with friends and family.
