The Dallas Business Journal’s 23rd annual Best Real Estate Deals award ceremony was hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in uptown Dallas this past week. These awards are intended to shed light on some of the best developments throughout the booming Dallas real estate landscape. A panel of twelve judges came together to research every last detail of each nominated project.
We were especially excited this year because Windsong Ranch was nominated for Best Real Estate Deal – Single-Family/Planned Community. We were honored to be announced the winner at the big event!
Our beautiful Windsong Ranch community has been a long time coming. Our Developer, Craig Martin knew the northern suburbs of Dallas were inevitably going to flourish. He sought out the perfect location in Prosper, Texas where they would begin breaking ground on one of north Texas’ most noteworthy communities.
