Tennis Courts
We have broken ground on four tennis courts that will be located near our amenity center. One will be a stadium court where we will be able to hold tournaments and the other three will be available for practice and playing matches with your friends!
New Model Homes
A new Huntington Homes model and a David Weekley Homes model will be opening at The Landing soon! This beautiful neighborhood in Windsong Ranch is a secluded enclave of gorgeous homes. Home sites have views of a wooded creek or a pond on gently rolling terrain. There will be accessible trails and a pedestrian tunnel that will safely take you to other parts of the community, including the amenity center and the Windsong Café, without having to cross busy roads!
Our Crosswater neighborhood will soon be home to a new Chesmar Homes model. This neighborhood will offer low maintenance single-family homes for our more active residents. Many home sites will overlook a neighborhood pond, wooded creeks, or greenbelt areas. Like The Landing, Crosswater will have accessible trails to take you around the community. If you like to spend your time on the go, this Windsong Ranch neighborhood is perfect for you!
Darling Homes will be opening a model for 71-foot lots in our Cadence neighborhood this spring. This lovely area of Windsong Ranch is surrounded by amenities including The Commons and The Esplanade. Grabbing a cup of coffee or taking a dip in the pool on a hot summer day will be just a few steps away!
Kroger
Kroger will be opening conveniently right across the street from Windsong Ranch! Construction will begin later this year, and the store is set to open its doors in January 2017.
