Just weeks after receiving two Silver awards at The Nationals for Master Planned Community of the Year and Lifestyle Annual Program as well as one Gold award for Lifestyle Director of the Year , we hope you’ll continue to support Windsong Ranch as we are in the running to be named the People’s Choice Community of the Year!
The Nationals
At Windsong Ranch we strive to always do whatever it takes to be the best community in North Texas with the proudest and happiest residents. It’s an incredible feeling to see the hardwork of our community’s development team get recognized by the voice of America’s housing industry, the National Association of Home Builders. We are honored and proud to announce Windsong Ranch was recognized with three awards at the 2019 Nationals! We have once again received a Silver Award as one of the top Master Planned Communities in the nation! In addition, we won a Silver Award for having one of the Best Lifestyle Programs in the Nation. Taking home top honors was our wonderful Lifestyle Director, Airess Eatmon, who won the nation’s Gold Award for Best Lifestyle Director of the Year!
People’s Choice Community of the Year
We pour our hearts into creating the best place in the country for you, your family and friends to enjoy a unique way of life. We hope that you will continue to show your support for Windsong Ranch as there is a special upcoming award we value the most … the Dallas Builders Association’s People’s Choice Community of the Year award.
Windsong Ranch won this prestigious award back-to-back in 2016 and 2017 and has entered the competition again this year to bring back that title. Winners are determined by resident responses via a brief survey from each competing community. We value this award above all others because it comes from you, our residents.
