Windsong Ranch, the nationally recognized master-planned community in North Dallas, has a busy year coming up in 2024. Located off Old Rosebud Lane and adjacent to the new Pinnacle and Creekside neighborhoods, The Bridge site will offer many exciting new features and will provide residents with ample entertainment, relaxation, and socializing opportunities. 

Inside the amenity’s beautiful main building, residents will have access to an incredible multi-purpose event space that is sure to become the hub for many events and activities, including indoor fitness and cultural classes, clubs, meetings, demonstrations, parties, weddings, receptions, and more. The space includes a stunning catering kitchen and a large seating area with a fireplace fitted with causal contemporary sofas, tables, and chairs that are perfect for lounging and mingling.

Outdoors, residents will enjoy a naturally beautiful setting surrounded by green space where heritage trees and live oaks are the showpieces of the area. The entire campus will offer flexible, fun gathering spots and large open lawn spaces, along with trails and parks weaving throughout. A significant and soon-to-be iconic addition to the amenity site is the amphitheater-style seating area created using large stone blocks that will act as terraces and look over a stage performance area sitting along the pond’s edge.

The Bridge was designed with nature at the forefront to give residents a place to enjoy nature in a serene environment. It is expected to be completed in January 2025 and will be a great addition to the existing award-winning amenities of Windsong Ranch.
