CCMC is pleased to introduce Gail Fishkin-Ogle as your new community manager for the Windsong Ranch Community Association. In this role, she will ensure seamless communication with the Board and residents while achieving operational excellence. Gail’s experience in large-scale management, love of crunching numbers, and her innate curiosity provide the perfect backdrop for the skill set needed to lead the operations at Windsong Ranch Community Association.
Gail has over 16 years of large-scale community management experience. She has led communities with budgets of up to $11m and 5500 residential units and commercial space, and holds three industry-specific designations, including the PCAM, which is the highest professional recognition available nationwide in property management. Additionally, Gail has earned a Business Management degree from the University of Maryland (GO TERPS!).
Outside work, she enjoys family time, traveling, exploring the arts, outdoor activities, and cheering on her favorite football (Saints) and hockey teams.
