Based on a recent study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, Denton County (the home of Windsong Ranch) has achieved high health rankings. The study examined health outcomes (the length of life weighed with the quality of life) and health factors (behaviors, clinical care, social, economic, and physical factors that have an impact on a resident’s health). Denton County ranked #1 in health outcomes and #2 in health factors. For comparison, Dallas County ranked 54th in health outcomes and 90th for health factors.

The Windsong Ranch Café, located on site offers a full menu of tasty, healthy treats and smoothies perfect for clean eating or just fueling up before or after a workout. For those who want to grow their own fresh produce, there’s even a community garden for residents to show off their green thumb!
