We believe our vibrant lifestyle is best when shared—and that’s why we have a full schedule of community events, where our shared spirit of community and hospitality can shine.
These aren’t just any old events; we have a full-time, on-site Community Lifestyle Director, who coordinates both resident only and monthly public events. These events are designed to showcase our lifestyle and allow our homeowners the chance to share their love for Windsong Ranch with prospective buyers.

We hold great events like 5K races, music festivals, barbecues, holiday celebrations and more! Last year, we held 81 events including Windsong Ranch’s signature event—the Windsong Wine and Music festival held each fall featuring great local bands and wineries!
Over 2,000 people were in attendance for last year’s Wine and Music Festival, coming from surrounding areas like Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Dallas, and Celina. We can’t take all of the credit; we did enlist the help of 3 bands, 11 wineries, 50 boutiques, several food trucks, a photo bus, and tons of donated grapes for our stomping contest. As a proud member of the Prosper community, we frequently partner with community organizations. We have hosted fashion shows to benefit local non-profits, helped organize the Cory Ausenbaugh 5k, partnered with Prosper Library for several reading events and also welcomed the Prosper Fire and Police departments to numerous events.
