You can even get a temporary pass to tour THE LAGOON, our 5-acre, tropics-inspired amenity with clear, Caribbean-like water and white sand beaches.
2. Narrow down your builder choices, lot size and preferred floor plan.
How? Models are open by appointment and contact information can be found at Windsongranchliving.com/builders. Explore virtual floor plans and familiarize yourself with what your options are in advance. Once you visit the builder, request to be on their interest list.
3. Find a local Realtor, determine your budget, and get a pre-approval letter.
Why? This will confirm your interest level while working with the builders and help you move swiftly through the buying process.
4. Know your options for living in the area while you wait.
Check availability in nearby apartments or talk to your Realtor about any long-term rental opportunities in our Villas and Townhomes. When you are under contract to build a home, you will have full access to our amenities and enjoy all our community has offer.
