The Dallas Builders Association named Windsong Ranch Master-Planned Community of the Year at the 36th Annual McSam Awards.
The awards are held annually to recognize maximum creativity in sales and marketing in the North Texas homebuilding industry.
More than 300 entries were received this year and winners were named in 52 categories. Windsong Ranch not only earned one of the highest honors of the night, but was also recognized for Best Welcome Center and Best Signage Program while several Windsong builders took home big awards for architecture and customer service.
